WWE adds Wrestlepalooza: Perth to 2026 calendar in return to Australia

Wrestlepalooza is returning to the WWE premium live event calendar this year.

WWE will host Wrestlepalooza: Perth on Dec. 12, 2026, from the RAC Center in Perth, Australia, OutKick has learned on Thursday. The event will kick-start a three-year agreement between WWE and the Western Australian Government through Tourism Western Australia, which will run through 2028.

Perth will be the site for WWE Weekend Takeovers annually from 2026 to 2028. Ahead of Wrestlepalooza: Perth, “Friday Night SmackDown” will be held on Dec. 11 and “Monday Night Raw” will be held on Dec. 14.

The Australian city was the site of last year’s Crown Jewel, which took place last October. John Cena and A.J. Styles put on a memorable match as part of Cena’s farewell tour. Styles would retire from pro wrestling months later. Stephanie Vaquer defeated Tiffany Stratton to win the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship and Seth Rollins defeated Cody Rhodes to win the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship.

Perth also hosted the Elimination Chamber premium live event in 2024. Rhea Ripley defended the Women’s World Championship in her home country, while Becky Lynch and Drew McIntyre each booked championship matches at WrestleMania 40.

WWE fan experiences will also take place around the upcoming Wrestlepalooza event. WWE is planning superstores, meet-and-greets and more. Combo tickets for the shows will go on sale on Sept. 10.

Wrestlepalooza was home to ESPN’s first WWE premium live event last year. The show saw Brock Lesnar squash Cena in his first match in WWE in over two years at that point. AJ Lee also returned to the ring for the first time in 10 years to tag with CM Punk as they took on Lynch and Rollins.
