Swastika Investmart’s Head of Wealth Shivani Nyati said the premium debut offers long-term growth potential, supported by growing private-market allocation among HNIs and family offices and the company’s capital-light, scalable model. She noted that IPO proceeds would also increase the sponsor’s own commitment to its funds, calling this a structural positive.
However, she cautioned that performance fees can make earnings lumpy, leaving room for volatility and profit booking. Nyati advised existing allottees to hold with a ₹170 stop-loss, while fresh investors should avoid chasing the stock and wait for consolidation. She said a sustained move above ₹185 could open the ₹195-200 upside zone.
