Issue period: The Bid /Offer opens August 24-27 2026.
Lot size: Bids can be made for a minimum of 15 Equity Shares and in multiples of 15 Equity Shares thereafter.
Offer size: Total size: Rs 1,757 crore: A fresh issue of ₹150 crore and offer for sale of up to ₹1,607 crore. Promoter Satwani Holdings LLP and investors Rosewood Investments and India Business Excellence Fund III are selling shares through OFS.

Anchor investors: Raised Rs 526 crore from anchor investors including HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Bajaj Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Mirae Asset, Tata Mutual Fund and Edelweiss Mutual Fund.

PAT CAGR of 10.2%/17.8%/7.8% respectively over the FY24-FY26 period. At the upper price band of Rs 988, the issue is valued at FY26 P/E multiple of 54.6x based on post-issue capital. Upon comparing with its peers, the issue appears to be reasonably valued. We recommend investors to SUBSCRIBE to the issue at the cut-off price.
