Republican Representative Mike Flood of Nebraska says affordability is a concern he continues to hear from constituents, despite President Donald Trump dismissing the issue as a “hoax.” Flood, who chairs the Republican Main Street Caucus, says recently passed housing legislation will help boost supply and lower home prices, though he acknowledges relief may not arrive quickly. Flood also says the US needs to “finish the job” in Iran while putting the mental health, safety and morale of American service members at the highest level of concern. He speaks with Kailey Leinz and Joe Mathieu on the late edition of Bloomberg’s “Balance of Power.”
