Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2026 on Wednesday 10 February 2027 at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time (EET).
The Financial Statements, the Board of Directors’ Report and the Sustainability Report for 2026 and the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report will be published in week 11/2027.
The publication dates of Raisio’s financial reports for 2027 are as follows:
Interim Report for January-March on Tuesday, 11 May 2027
Half-Year Financial Report for January-June on Wednesday, 11 August 2027
Interim Report for January-September on Wednesday, 10 November 2027
The financial reports will be published at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time (EET).
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday 20 April 2027 in Turku, Finland. The Board of Directors will summon the Annual General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder has the right to request a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on the basis of Chapter 5, Section 5 of the Companies Act. The proposal accompanied by justification and a draft resolution shall be made in writing and delivered no later than Friday 19 February, 2027 to Raisio plc, Attn. Secretary of the Board, P.O.
