Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) (“Nidhogg” or the “Company”) has received information that Andersson Resources AB’s, Ulrich Andersson’s and Företagsfinans Fyrstad AB’s holdings have been less than 5 percent of the share capital and votes in the Company through sale.

Before the sale, Andersson Resources AB’s holding amounted to 599,311 shares, corresponding to 5.82 percent of the shares and votes in the Company. Ulrich Andersson’s holding amounted to 524,885 shares and Företagsfinansiering Fyrstad AB’s to 809,498 shares, corresponding to 5.10 percent and 7.86 percent of the shares and votes in the Company, respectively.

After the sale, Andersson Resources AB’s holding amounts to 394,681 shares, corresponding to 3.83 percent; Ulrich Andersson’s to 524,885 shares and Företagsfinansiering Fyrstad AB’s to 366,073 shares, corresponding to 4.05 percent and 3.56 percent of the shares and votes in the Company, respectively.
