Eco Buildings Group PLC – London-based designer, manufacturer and builder of modular housing – Appoints Chris Gilbert as an executive director and Graham Stevens as an independent non-executive director, as Non-Executive Director Ahmet Shala leaves the board, all effective from Tuesday.
Gilbert was chief executive officer of Fox Marble Holdings PLC from 2011 until the reverse takeover of Eco Buildings by Fox Marble in 2023. Since then, he has served as an adviser to the Eco Buildings board. “Over the course of his relationship with the company, Chris has developed a detailed understanding of its activities, strategy and the markets in which it operates,” Eco Buildings says. “The board believes that this depth of company-specific knowledge and experience will be particularly valuable as the company continues to execute its strategy and pursue its objectives.”
Meanwhile, Stevens has worked in a number of retailing, consumer goods and technology roles, including at grocer J Sainsbury PLC and dry cleaning chain Jeeves of Belgravia.
