Shares of ICICI Bank Limited fell 1.32 per cent on the National Stock Exchange on Friday, trading at ₹1,424 as of 12.06 PM, down ₹19 from the previous close of ₹1,443. The stock opened at ₹1,435, touched an intraday high of ₹1,439.80, and slid to a low of ₹1,423.10, with sell orders outpacing buy orders, 57.56 per cent sellers against 42.44 per cent buyers.
Trading volume stood at 44.23 lakh shares, with a traded value of ₹633.19 crore. Deliverable quantity accounted for 64.20 per cent of total traded volume, suggesting a significant proportion of trades were positional rather than intraday. The bank’s total market capitalisation stood at ₹10,22,088 crore.
ICICI Bank informed exchanges that its IFSC Banking Unit had completed the issuance of $1 billion in Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes under its $7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme. The notes, rated BBB by S&P Global Ratings and Baa3 by Moody’s, will be listed on the India International Exchange IFSC, NSE IFSC, and SGX-ST.
In a separate filing, the bank disclosed the allotment of 48,983 equity shares of face value ₹2 each under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022. The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors on August 27, 2026.
