Gemini Edibles & Fats India Limited (GEF), one of the regional branded edible oil players in India, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for its proposed IPO.
The offering comprises an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 41.15 million equity shares by existing shareholders.
The Hyderabad – based company is engaged in the trading, processing, manufacturing and marketing of edible oils and specialty fats, and is expanding into spices and convenience foods. Its consumer brands include Freedom, Be-Rite and First Klass.
In FY26, GEF reported revenue from operations of ₹12,650 crore, while EBITDA stood at approximately ₹794 crore. The company has over 1,600 distributors, 300,000 retail outlets and over 60 warehouses/stock points across key markets.
GEF’s branded revenue grew at a 20.5 percent CAGR between FY20 and FY25, compared with 10 percent growth for the overall branded edible oil market.
