Further to the announcement made on 29 July 2026, FirstGroup plc (the ‘Group’) announces that the sale of Mistral Data Limited (‘Mistral Data’) to Tracsis plc (AIM: TRCS) completed on 23 August 2026. The consideration of £48m was paid to the Group, subject to customary adjustments, on completion.
