Jubilant Pharmova Ltd has informed the exchanges that the US drug regulator, USFDA, has approved the commercial batch manufacturing of the first product on the new Isolator-based fill-and-finish line, Line 3, of Jubilant HollisterStier LLC (JHS)’s contract manufacturing facility located in Spokane, WA. US. Jubilant HollisterStier LLC is a subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma Holding Inc., which is a subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma Limited, Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Caplin Steriles gets 10 USFDA observations
Caplin Point Laboratories has announced the completion of an unannounced inspection by the United States Food and Drug Administration at the manufacturing facility of its subsidiary, Caplin Steriles Limited. The inspection was conducted at the company’s injectable and ophthalmic manufacturing plant in Gummidipoondi, spanning August 13 to 21, 2026. At the conclusion of the audit, the US regulatory authority issued a Form 483 containing 10 observations. Caplin Point Laboratories clarified that all 10 observations are strictly procedural.
Natco Pharma, Choksi Labs receive USFDA observations
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a Form 483 with four observations to Natco Pharma after inspecting the generic drugmaker’s finished dosage formulations (FDF) unit in Visakhapatnam. The inspection was conducted from August 17 to 21, and the company said it believes the observations are procedural. Similarly, the US FDA inspected Choksi Laboratories Ltd’s central laboratory in Indore and concluded the inspection with four observations. On conclusion of the inspection, the Company received 4 (Four) observations. We are addressing the observations comprehensively and will respond to the USFDA within the stipulated timeframe.
Power Grid bags ₹822.91-crore order
Power Grid Corporation of India has secured a confirmed work order valued at ₹822.91 crore per annum through Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB). The contract covers the development of a transmission system to integrate power from Renewable Energy Projects in Jam Khambhaliya REZ in Gujarat – Phase II (5,500 MW) and Jamnagar Phase-I (1,000 MW), totalling 6,500 MW of capacity. The project is awarded on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis.
NTPC Renewable Energy wins 500 MW bid
NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Green Energy Limited, has emerged as a successful bidder in the e-reverse auction conducted by SECI for Selection of RE Power Developers for Assured Peak Supply of 6000 MWh (1500 MW x 4 Hrs.) from ISTS-Connected RE Projects in India, under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (SECI-FDRE-IX). Under the terms of the Request for Selection (RfS), NTPC Renewable Energy has secured 500 MW contracted capacity at a discovered tariff of ₹6/kWh.
Diamond Power gets ₹52.86-crore cable order
Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Aurionpro Solutions Ltd for the supply of HT and LT electrical cables to a hyperscale data centre campus at Hyderabad. The LOI, valued at approximately ₹52.86 crore (Including GST), covers the HYD-20 package of the campus, for which Aurionpro is the appointed EPC contractor. Supplies commence immediately and are scheduled on a staggered basis in line with the site’s construction programme, delivered DAP Hyderabad. The contract is on a price-variation basis under the IEEMA formula with April 2026 base indices.

Ceinsys Tech loses ₹112.42-crore orders
Ceinsys Tech Ltd has issued an operational update regarding its ongoing work orders with the State Water and Sanitation Mission (SWSM), Water Supply and Sanitation Department (WSSD), Government of Maharashtra, revealing cancellation of Rs 112.42 crore worth orders. The disclosure follows previous announcements made on October 22, 2023, and October 9, 2024, concerning Letters of Award valued at Rs. 248.39 crore and Rs. 331.61 crore, respectively. These contracts pertained to the appointment of System Integrators for IoT deployment-encompassing design, implementation, and maintenance alongside a centralised IoT platform-for Jal Jeevan Mission Projects in Maharashtra. WSM informed Ceinsys Tech that because the sanctioned implementation funds for IoT under allocated MJP MVS schemes have been exhausted, the allocation for 617 ZP schemes stands cancelled. This cancellation results in an overall reduction of Rs. 112.42 crore in the value of the company’s pending executable orders, it said.

Sigachi Industries approves preferential warrant issue
The board of Sigachi Industries has approved an increase in the company’s authorised share capital from Rs 43 crore to Rs 60 crore. The Board approved the issuance of up to 11 crore convertible warrants on a preferential allotment basis at an issue price of Rs 26.40 per warrant. These warrants, convertible into an equal number of equity shares with a Re. 1 face value within 18 months, will be allocated among 43 investors. Promoter Amit Raj Sinha is set to be allotted 7.5 crore warrants, while the remaining 3.5 crore warrants will be distributed among 42 identified non-promoter individuals and entities, including Trikaya Wealth Advisors Private Limited and Rajendra Prasad Adiraju.
BR Goyal Infrastructure gets ₹151.06-crore NHAI order
BR Goyal Infrastructure Ltd has received a work order from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to engage a user fee agency through e-Tender for the Jajau Fee Plaza in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The accepted value of the said work order is Rs. 151.06 crore.
Tega Industries approves ₹95.40-crore preferential issue
The Board of Tega Industries has approved the creation, issue, and offer of up to 4,78,435 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10 each through a preferential issue on a private placement basis for a total cash consideration of Rs. 95.40 Crore. The proposed allotment is directed to AP Jupiter Holdings II, Ltd., a public category entity, following the Board’s consideration of an Expression of Interest letter submitted by the investor.
