Nobel Hygiene, India’s largest home-grown branded manufacturer of absorbent hygiene products among pure-play branded companies, has filed a DRHP with SEBI for its proposed IPO.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹150 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 15,511,082 equity shares by existing shareholders.

The proceeds from the fresh equity issue will be used for debt repayment, capacity expansion at Halol, including a brownfield manufacturing-cum-warehousing facility and adult diaper machine line, investment in subsidiary NHBPL and general corporate purposes.

With a legacy of over two decades, Nobel Hygiene operates across adult, baby and feminine absorbent hygiene through brands including Friends, B-Fit, Teddyy, Snuggy and RIO, with over 1,158 SKUs.

In FY2026, the company’s revenue from operations grew 15 per cent to ₹847 crore, while EBITDA increased to ₹85 crore.

The adult absorbent hygiene market in India is projected to grow at 21-23 per cent CAGR through FY2031, driven by rising penetration and new user adoption.
