Investor Insight

Goldera Exploration (TSXV:GERA) is focused on advancing two key properties; its Acadian Gold Joint Venture (65% interest) and Egan Gold Project (under option agreement), both located in major Canadian mining camps.

Overview

Goldera Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V:GERA) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on exploring gold and copper projects in prolific Canadian mining camps. It holds interests in assets across Ontario, Québec, New Brunswick and Yukon. The company was created through the spin-out of the exploration assets previously held by ERDA Resource Opportunities Inc. (TSXV:ERDA), formerly known as Fancamp Exploration Ltd. Fancamp completed its transition to a resource investment and royalty company under the new name ERDA, meanwhile its exploration assets were spun-out into Goldera alongside a non-brokered private placement on July 30, 2026, raising approximately C$5.5 million in gross proceeds to advance exploration and operations in Goldera. ERDA Resource Opportunities Inc. began trading on TSXV under the symbol ERDA, and Goldera Exploration Ltd. began trading on TSXV under the symbol GERA on August 5, 2026.

Following the transaction, ERDA retained an approximate 17.7 percent ownership stake in Goldera and continues to provide strategic support. Ashwath Mehra, an experienced investor and mining executive with a track record that includes the role of Senior Partner at Glencore International AG, an 18-times return multiple at GT Gold, and currently position of Lead Independent Director at Collective Mining Ltd. Mr. Mehra holds an approximate 17.8 percent stake as the company’s largest shareholder.

Goldera’s strategy centers on advancing a twin set of flagship, district-scale gold projects located in Tier-1 Canadian mining jurisdictions, supported by a broader portfolio of exploration-stage gold, copper and base-metal assets. Its flagship Acadian Gold Joint Venture in New Brunswick and its Egan Gold Project in Ontario’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt both benefit from being in geologically proven mining camps and significant exploration results.

The company’s leadership team combines technical expertise in exploration geology with capital markets and corporate development experience, drawn from companies such as Alamos Gold, GT Gold, Tata Group and Investissement Québec.

Company Highlights

  • Strategic Locations: The company’s flagship Acadian Gold Joint Venture with Lode Gold Resources is located in an emerging gold-copper camp in Northern New Brunswick (same jurisdiction as Puma Exploration’s Williams Brook and Kenorland Minerals), and Egan Gold-Copper Project (option agreement with Harfang Exploration) sits in the renowned Abitibi Gold District in Ontario. New Brunswick is host to major copper mines, while Abitibi is the world’s largest gold-rich greenstone belt.
  • District-Scale Flagship Asset: The Acadian Gold Joint Venture covers approximately 445 square kilometres in Northern New Brunswick’s Appalachian Orogen. The Northern property, McIntyre Brook, is encompassed by Williams Brook land (project held by Puma Exploration, under option agreement with Kinross Gold). The Southern property, Riley Brook, is a district-scale property surrounded by Kenorland Minerals to the southeast
  • Core Asset in Abitibi’s Greenstone Belt: The Egan Gold Project is an under-explored syenite gold system with bulk tonnage potential in the same jurisdiction as Kirkland Lake, in Canada’s largest gold producing region, featuring high-grade grab samples up to 105 g/t Au.
  • Diversified Exploration Portfolio: Additional assets include the South Timmins ‘GoldCo’ joint venture with PTX Metals, Clinton copper-zinc project, the Dileo and Grasset projects in Québec, and interests in the Golden Culvert and Win projects in Yukon’s Tombstone Belt through 19.9% stake in Gold Orogen.
  • Proximity to Major Gold Camps: Acadian is located along strike from Puma Exploration’s Williams Brook Project, Egan Gold is in the same region as Kirkland Lake (only 50 km from Timmins), while South Timmins is close to IAMGOLD’s Côté Gold mine. The Company’s interests in Golden Culvert and Win Projects through its investment in Gold Orogen are also seated within the same region as Snowline Gold’s Valley Deposit in Yukon’s prolific Tombstone Belt, while Goldera’s wholly-owned Grasset Project is on the same belt as Agnico Eagle’s Detour Lake mine.
  • High-Grade Discovery Results: Drilling and trenching at Acadian’s McIntyre Brook property returned intercepts including 1.2 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 20 metres and grab samples up to 19.9 g/t gold (Moose Brook), while historical surface grab samples at Egan returned as high as 105 grams per tonne gold.
  • Established partnerships and investments: The Company has 40% interest in Egan Gold Project under an option agreement with Harfang Exploration (up to 80%), and a scalable joint venture with PTX Metals where Goldera holds a 25% stake. It also receives support from ERDA Resource Opportunities Inc. (previously Fancamp Exploration Ltd. – from which Goldera’s exploration assets were spun out from) which currently holds a 17.7% stake in Goldera. The Company also has highly recognized and respected major investors including Ashwath Mehra and Rick Rule.
  • Well-funded and experienced team: Goldera’s leadership team includes professionals with experience spanning from Alamos Gold and GT Gold, and is backed by a recently closed financing for approximately C$5.5 million in gross proceeds alongside its spin-out from ERDA Resource Opportunities Inc. (TSXV:ERDA).

Key Projects

Acadian Gold Joint Venture

The Acadian Gold Joint Venture is Goldera’s flagship 65/35 joint venture with Lode Gold Resources. The project covers the McIntyre Brook and Riley Brook properties spanning a combined 445 square kilometres in Northern New Brunswick’s Appalachian Orogen, sitting within the Wapske Formation near the Rocky Brook–Millstream and Woodstock–Catamaran fault systems, which also host other notable regional discoveries.

McIntyre Brook is adjacent to and encompassed by Puma Exploration’s Williams Brook Project (under option to Kinross Gold). The company said that McIntyre Brook shares key geological characteristics with Williams Brook, with exploration defining a 3-kilometre gold-bearing horizon and drilling intercepts of 1.2 grams per tonne gold over 20 metres and 5.83 grams per tonne gold over 2 metres. Recent trenching results and grab samples show up to 19.9 grams per tonne gold.

Soil sampling at Riley Brook has outlined a large, untested 4-kilometre by 2-kilometre geochemical anomaly coincident with electromagnetic and radiometric signatures, pointing to potential epithermal or intrusion-related gold systems – with multi-commodity potential that includes gold, copper, tungsten, antimony, among other elements.

With its grade, size and jurisdiction, Goldera said that Acadian Gold demonstrates potential hallmarks of a significant gold-copper discovery opportunity in New Brunswick.

Egan Gold Project, Ontario

Located in Ontario’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt, the world’s largest gold-rich greenstone belt, is the Egan Gold Project. The 11-square-kilometre project sits roughly 50 kilometres from Timmins and within the same broader gold-producing region as Kirkland Lake.

Goldera holds Egan under an option agreement with Harfang Exploration Inc., which allows the company to earn between 40 and 80 percent interest across two phases.

Three main gold occurrences at the site returned historical surface grab samples as high as 105 grams per tonne gold at the E1 zone, 65.3 grams per tonne gold at the E1S zone and additional high-grade results at the E2 and E3 zones. The company considers the project’s alteration and mineralization characteristics broadly comparable to those seen in other major Abitibi gold systems, noting that it hosts “Archean syenite-related gold systems that can produce giants such as Young-Davidson Mine.”

Other Projects

  • South Timmins “GoldCo” Joint Venture – Goldera and PTX Metals respectively hold a 25 and 75 percent interest in GoldCo, a 232-square-kilometre district-scale gold exploration project along the Ridout–Tyrrell corridor of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The project is located near IAMGOLD’s Côté Gold mine, which comprises the Shining Tree, Heenan/Mallard, and Dorothy properties.
  • Clinton Copper-Zinc Project, Québec – Clinton is a wholly-owned, 75-square-kilometre volcanogenic massive sulphide project in Québec’s Clinton River Belt, the site of past copper-zinc production between 1973 and 1975 and a historical non-compliant NI 43-101 resource estimate of 1.52 million tonnes grading 2.02 percent copper and 1.54 percent zinc (MRNFQ Fiche de Gite 21E07-0007).
  • Golden Culvert and Win Projects – Goldera has 19.9% interest in Gold Orogen, which owns the Golden Culvert and Win projects in Yukon, within a 12-kilometre by 55-kilometre corridor of the Tombstone Gold Belt, an emerging district that also hosts Snowline Gold’s Valley deposit.
  • Dileo and Grasset Projects – Goldera holds a 100 percent interest in the Dileo and Grasset Projects in Northern Québec, gold and nickel-copper-PGM exploration assets along the Frotet-Evans and Detour-Fenelon greenstone belts. The projects are in proximity to the Detour Lake Mine and the Regnault Gold Discovery, and recent exploration defined a 2.2-kilometre multi-commodity trend and new copper showings up to 1.18 percent copper.
