Andrada Mining Ltd – London-listed tin producer with critical minerals assets in Namibia – appoints Neil Gawthorpe and Lili Alexandra Nupen-Staude as independent non-executive directors with immediate effect, subject to shareholder approval at its 2026 annual general meeting.

Independent Non-Executive Chair Glen Parsons and Independent Non-Executive Director Laurence Robb to retire from the board on September 30, after around nine years with Andrada. Parsons will remain as a consultant to support the transition. Gida Nakazibwe Sekandi will become chair following the AGM.

Current stock price: 6.00 pence, down 4.8% on Friday

12-month change: doubled from 3.00p
