U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded funds pulled in $23.87 million in net inflows on August 25, extending a buying streak to nine consecutive trading days even as the broader cryptocurrency market struggled with a sell-off. The latest allocation pushed cumulative net contributions to approximately $1.6 billion since the products launched, according to SoSoValue data.
Combined net assets across the funds reached $1.46 billion at the close of the session. Bitwise led the daily totals with $11.02 million, followed by Franklin Templeton at $6.39 million. Grayscale attracted $4.28 million, while Canary Capital recorded another $2.19 million. The 21Shares XRP ETF posted no net movement, leaving four issuers responsible for the entire inflow total.
The distribution across multiple issuers signals that appetite for regulated XRP exposure extends beyond a single product, though Bitwise captured the largest share of the day’s allocations.
Demand has strengthened markedly in the latter half of August. Flows were muted during the first two weeks of the month, with cumulative inflows holding near $1.51 billion between August 5 and August 18. Several sessions in that stretch recorded no combined net inflows at all. The picture shifted starting August 18, when the funds attracted $5.81 million, followed by $2.35 million on August 19, $13.24 million on August 20, and $18.38 million on August 21. After a pause over the weekend, investors added $13.82 million on August 24 and $23.87 million the following day.
Across the five most recent trading sessions, net inflows totaled roughly $77.5 million, nearly double the $39.8 million recorded during the previous week. The acceleration suggests growing investor demand for regulated XRP exposure during a period of broader market weakness.
XRP itself traded near $1.44 when the latest ETF figures emerged, with the cryptocurrency remaining approximately 40% higher over two weeks despite pressure across the digital asset space. That price performance may have reinforced investor interest in established financial products offering conventional custody and brokerage structures.
Positive ETF flows during market weakness indicate that buyers maintained exposure even as sentiment deteriorated elsewhere. Still, fund inflows do not guarantee immediate price gains, since other market factors also influence XRP’s valuation. The nine-session streak nonetheless underscores sustained interest across multiple regulated investment vehicles tied to the XRP Ledger’s native asset.
