Bath & Body Works (BBWI) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $1.514 billion, down 2.3% from a year earlier, while net income rose to $118 million from $64 million. Diluted earnings per share were $0.58, compared with $0.30 in the prior-year quarter.

The company raised full-year 2026 diluted EPS guidance to $3.13 to $3.33 and narrowed its net sales outlook to a decline of 4% to 2.5%.

  • Direct U.S. and Canada sales increased 3.0% to $275 million.
  • International and other sales increased 24.9% to $108 million.
  • Second-quarter operating income was $216 million, versus $157 million a year earlier.
  • Reported results included about $80 million of tariff refunds received during the quarter.
  • Third-quarter net sales are forecast to decline 5% to 2.5%, with diluted EPS projected at $0.05 to $0.10.
