Changes to Fabege’s Executive Management Team

Fred Grönwall, Head of Technical Operations, and Johan Zachrisson, Head of Business Development, will leave Fabege and the Executive Management Team as of 1 September 2026. Fredrik Alvarsson, CEO of Birger Bostad, will join Fabege’s Executive Management Team.

The new Group Executive Management team will thereafter consist of:

Åsa Bergström, Deputy CEO and CFO

Charlotta Liljefors Rosell, Head of Property Management and Technical Operations

Klas Holmgren, Head of Projects and Development

Mia Häggström, Head of Business Support

Gunilla Cornell, Head of HR

Fredrik Alvarsson, CEO of Birger Bostad
